We'll keep you updated in email correspondence after booking, but here is what you can expect for getting to, and from, Wenebegon Camp:

  1. We will determine the meeting point depending on which direction you are arriving from.
  2. Meeting Point A: at the junction of Hwy 129 and Hwy 667 (Sultan Turn).

Meeting Point B: at the entrance to the Robinson Lake Road.

  3. From the meeting place, we will guide you to the lake access point. You will be required to drive your own vehicle to the access point. Although the road is accessible, it can be bumpy or grown-in sometimes. An SUV or pick-up truck is highly recommended.
  4. Upon arrival to the access point, we will load your gear into our trailer taken by ATV to the lake. The trail is approximately 1 km and can be muddy. Be sure to have appropriate footwear to walk the trail.
  5. At the lake, we will unload your gear. If there was a group at the cabin the week before, they will meet us at the shore and we will unload their luggage into our trailer, placing your gear in the boats.
  6. You will then boat to the camp. It is approximately a 20-minute boat ride. Be careful when approaching the island because it is rocky in some spots.
  7. Departure

We will arrive at 10:30AM on your departure day at the lake access point to pick you up. Please unload your boats onto the shore and when the new group is unloaded, your gear will be loaded into the trailer and we will proceed to your vehicle.
